Booking and Session Policies

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the details of my approach as outlined on my website.

My method – Metta Healing – starts from a zero-line approach, meaning I do not ask for personal history or health conditions before a session.

I work intuitively, reading what is happening in the body and energy field during the session and providing feedback at the end.

I do not perform chiropractic adjustments, osteopathy, or deep physical manipulation. It is the responsibility of each person to read the session description carefully before booking to ensure that my method aligns with your expectations.

Payment & Confirmation (Important)

  • Credit Card: Bookings are confirmed instantly and processed by Stripe.
  • Wise / Bank Transfer: These bookings are provisional. You must email the payment slip within 60 minutes of booking. If the slip is not received, your booking will be canceled.

Refund Policy (Session Outcome) Completed energy healing sessions are not eligible for refunds. Metta Healing is a personal and transformative process. Each session responds to what is present in your energy field. This can bring up emotions, realizations, or physical sensations. While the experience may not always feel comfortable, discomfort does not mean the session was ineffective. The outcome of a session varies for each person. Healing is not a fixed result—it’s a process.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You didn’t receive the experience you expected.
  • The session brought up emotions or challenges that felt uncomfortable.
  • You disagreed with my approach or the insights provided.
  • You assumed I work differently and did not review my website before booking.
  • You requested a form of therapy or bodywork that I do not offer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule for free.
  • Refunds & Fees: If you request a refund (with 24+ hours’ notice), you will be refunded the session amount minus any non-refundable transaction fees. (Please note: Stripe/Credit Card processors retain up to 8% in fees which cannot be refunded).
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
  • If I ever need to cancel a session, I will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
  • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the session is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Responsibility of the Client

Energy healing requires a level of openness and trust. If you are not comfortable with my method, please do not book a session. Healing is a collaborative process, and personal responsibility is key in any form of inner work.

Pricing

When paying via bank transfer (in-person or distance healing)

  • 1 session: €150
  • 4 sessions: €500

If paying in Thai Baht (THB), the amount due will be calculated using the mid-market rate published on xe.com on the day of payment.

When paying by credit card (Stripe processing fees apply)

  • 1 session: €163
  • 4 sessions: €540

When visiting you at your location on Koh Samui

  • 1 session: €250
  • 4 sessions: €850

Package deals are valid for 30 days from the date of your first session.
