Metta Abdominal Massage is a unique practice I have developed, based on the ancient Taoist healing tradition of Chi Nei Tsang, as taught by Mantak Chia. This holistic technique targets the abdomen, the body’s emotional and physical core, to clear energetic blockages.
By addressing trapped energy, Metta Abdominal Massage helps uncover the root causes of emotional or physical challenges, leading to both emotional release and physical healing.
Building on Mantak Chia’s foundation, I have enhanced this practice by integrating techniques such as Metta Healing, Indian head massage, and acupressure points from Tuina massage. This unique combination is why I have named it Metta Abdominal Massage.

Metta Abdominal Massage is now offered exclusively as part of a package with Metta Healing. This decision stems from my belief that abdominal discomfort often reflects deeper, unresolved emotional experiences.
While a standalone abdominal massage can provide temporary relief, combining it with Metta Healing addresses the subconscious roots of the issue, allowing for deeper and longer-lasting results.
