While it is rooted in Chi Nei Tsang, it also incorporates techniques from Maya Abdominal Massage, Tuina massage, Indian Head Massage, and the powerful energy work of Metta Healing. This fusion of practices provides a deeply personalized and holistic healing experience, which is why I have chosen to call it Metta Abdominal Release.
