  • Discover the Root of Your Pain: A Holistic Healing Journey Within

Do you ever wonder why the same pain keeps returning, no matter how many massages you get? Whether it’s a stiff neck, lower back pain, or an aching knee, the relief is often temporary. You might think these pains are the result of poor posture or repetitive movements, but pain isn’t always what it seems. I invite you to explore its connection to the subconscious mind and how holistic healing can reveal its deeper meaning. Understanding Emotional Pain as a Message from the Subconscious Mind In my experience, physical pain carries the imprint of unresolved emotions stored in the subconscious mind. Think of the subconscious as an energetic archive, recording every experience you’ve had—good and bad. These unresolved emotions are not just memories; they are energy imprints that your body carries. Over time, they manifest as physical pain or recurring incidents, like hitting the same spot repeatedly. It’s easy to dismiss such incidents as clumsiness, but they are not random. Each bruise, ache, or injury is your body’s way of signaling that unresolved emotions stored in the subconscious mind need your attention. This connection between emotional pain and physical symptoms highlights the transformative power of holistic healing.  Think of it like firing a gun: the unresolved trauma is the trigger, the movement (hitting or injuring yourself) is the action, and the resulting pain is the fired bullet. Without the trigger, there would be no bullet. Similarly, without unresolved trauma, the pain wouldn’t exist. This extends to more than just pain or injury. Even tattoos can reflect the subconscious mind’s messages. While you might choose a tattoo for its beauty or meaning, its location on your body can reveal deeper emotional or energetic imprints. Over time, as you heal and grow, a tattoo you once cherished might start to feel misaligned, symbolizing an emotional shift or a part of your past you’ve outgrown. Like physical pain, tattoos may act as subtle markers of unresolved emotions stored in specific areas of the body, pointing to the deeper layers of your healing journey. It’s not about the design or style of the tattoo itself—I am not at the point where I can interpret that—but about the position or location on the body where the tattoo resides. The placement of the tattoo can uncover much about the emotions, traumas, or experiences you carry within. Each area of the body is connected to specific energy centers and subconscious patterns, and the presence of a tattoo in a particular spot can act as a reflection of these hidden layers. Even the way you sit, how you cross your arms, or your posture while lying down can provide insights into the traumas you’ve experienced. The position of your legs, feet, or the way you walk carries clues about your life’s emotional imprints. However, this is not something I teach people to recognize or interpret. In the past, when I discovered these patterns and shared them with others, it sometimes led to discomfort or loss of trust. Invading someone’s private space by revealing subconscious truths they weren’t ready to confront can be harmful. Each person carries their own story, and some experiences remain buried so deeply that even they may not recall them. Respecting that boundary is vital in this healing journey. How the Subconscious Mind Unlocks the Root of Your Pain and Healing The subconscious mind operates as a bridge between the unseen energy of your experiences and the physical body. This energy is stored in various parts of the body, often aligning with areas that experience pain. For example, pain in the shoulders might relate to carrying the emotional weight of responsibility or unresolved issues with someone close to you. By identifying the emotional or energetic root of your pain, you can begin to address it at its source. When the underlying trauma is resolved, the pain often disappears, and your body finds balance. If new pain arises elsewhere, it’s simply another lesson waiting to be learned—a reminder that healing is a journey, not a destination. How to Begin Listening to Your Body to Discover the Root of Your Pain To uncover the messages your body is sending, follow this step-by-step process: “Is there pain in your left shoulder?” 1. Sit Comfortably and Breathe Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Pause briefly between inhalation and exhalation to allow your mind and body to settle. 2. Ask the Question Ask yourself a question about the area of pain and listen carefully to the very first answer that arises. For example: “Who is the man I carry on my left shoulder?” “Who is the man I feel sadness for?” The first response is from your higher self; it’s your subconscious revealing the truth. Any subsequent thoughts come from the mind and may disrupt or complicate the process. 3. Write It Down When there are unspoken words or something you haven’t shared with someone in the past, it can create pain or tension in the throat, neck, or jaw. If you feel this type of pain and suspect it may be linked to unresolved emotions, start by identifying its source. If you know who it is you need to address, begin writing. However, if you’re unsure, use the breathing technique to explore further: Focus on the left or right side where the pain is present. If it’s on the left side, ask yourself: “Who is the man I have unspoken words with?” If no answer comes, go deeper: “Who is the man from my childhood I have unspoken words with?” The first response is your higher self providing clarity. Writing down these thoughts can help process and release the unspoken emotions tied to this pain. 4. Symbolically Release the Energy Once you’ve written everything, safely burn the letter. Scatter the ashes in a flowing river or the sea. This symbolic act allows you to release the energy physically and emotionally. Have you ever wondered why pain keeps coming back? 🤔 Dive deeper into its connection with the subconscious mind and discover how holistic healing can bring lasting relief. Client Experience: Unspoken Words I’ve also witnessed this connection with my clients, revealing how deeply our emotions can influence physical pain. I once worked with a client who came to me with intense neck pain she’d been dealing with for years. During our session, I felt her pain was linked to unspoken words with her mother. I sensed the age at which the issue had arisen, so I gently asked her, “How is your relationship with your mother?”  She replied, “It’s good.”  I then asked, “How was it in your childhood?”  She again said it was good, but I could feel she had suppressed memories. I guided her through breathing and asked, “Who is the woman from your childhood with whom you have unspoken words?”  Her first response came: “My mother.”  Her face tensed as if something long-buried had surfaced. I asked her to share those unspoken words, and she began to speak, cry, and release the emotions she had been holding in. When she opened her eyes, she was surprised, almost disbelieving. She moved her neck and said, “This can’t be. I’ve had pain in my neck for years, and now it’s gone.” The Power of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) If you wish to share your feelings with another person, consider writing a compassionate letter. Use Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles by focusing on your emotions and experiences rather than blaming. For example: Instead of: “You always ignore me,” try: “I feel hurt when my words are not acknowledged.” This approach fosters understanding and encourages healing within relationships. Writing in this way can improve energy flow between you and others, creating a healthier and more balanced connection. Understanding the Body’s Energy: Masculine and Feminine Sides The body’s left and right sides carry different energetic qualities that uncover emotional imprints: Left Side:  Associated with feminine energy, but holds unresolved emotions related to men. Right Side:  Associated with masculine energy, but holds unresolved emotions related to women. This might feel counterintuitive, especially if your dominant parent influenced your energy balance. For instance, if your father was the more dominant figure, unresolved emotions about men manifest on the left side, even as the right side becomes dominant. Likewise, a dominant mother could create similar patterns: unresolved emotions about women manifest on the right side, even as the left side becomes dominant. Recognizing these connections helps you explore and release stored emotions tied to relationships. Personal Anecdote: My Healing Journey Here’s how I’ve seen this connection play out in my own life. You might find a similar thread in your own experiences. Several years ago, I experienced a motorbike accident that severely damaged my entire left side. My foot was so badly injured that the bones were visible. My knee looked like something out of a horror movie, my shoulder was scraped white, and my hip and ribcage were in pain. While recovering, I found myself asking, Who is this man I carry on my left side?  Was it the man who hurt me in childhood? My best friend who took his own life? My father? I followed the same exercise I now share with you: breathe in, breathe out, and ask yourself the question. The answer came: myself. Myself? Why would I be carrying myself? What was I afraid of? Why did I feel guilt? As I sat with these questions, my sister came to mind, and tears flowed. I realized I hadn’t fully grieved her death. I had been holding on to resentment toward myself, feeling guilty for her loss. I even feared answering the phone, worried it would bring more bad news. Acknowledging these emotions changed everything. I wrote a letter to my past self—the me from 2007 who lost my sister—as if writing to a dear friend, encouraging and lifting him up. I then burned the letter to release the energy.  The very next day, the pain in my body reduced drastically. When I went to the doctor for a check-up, they were stunned. “How are you walking without pain? Yesterday, you couldn’t even stand,”  they asked. Within a month, I had recovered 90% from my wounds and pain. The scratches left were minor and posed no problem. This experience taught me that once we uncover the emotional root of our pain and address it, healing can happen rapidly—sometimes even miraculously. Asking the Right Questions: Working with Pain When exploring pain on a specific side of the body, ask questions related to the opposite gender. For example: Pain in the left shoulder: “Who is the man I carry on my left shoulder?” Pain in the left side of your back: “Who is the man who caused me sadness?” If nothing arises, go deeper: “Who is the man from my childhood I carry?” These questions often unlock hidden memories and emotions. Remember that most unresolved traumas originate in childhood, even if they resurface later in adulthood. Life often brings experiences that echo unresolved childhood emotions, giving you opportunities to recognize and heal them. Recognizing Patterns and Life Lessons Sometimes, pain isn’t isolated to one spot but appears repeatedly in different areas. This is often a sign that life is presenting you with a recurring lesson. Lessons repeat until we truly understand and integrate them. For example: A painful knee might signify issues with moving forward in life, fear/insecurity. Lower back pain could relate to worries, anxiety, depression. Neck pain often points to unspoken words or suppressed emotions. When these lessons are understood and addressed, they no longer need to manifest as physical pain. This is where a holistic approach becomes invaluable, as it connects the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of your being. Tools to Help You Heal Yourself by Addressing the Root of Your Pain Healing doesn’t always require external interventions. Many tools are available to help you resolve emotional blockages and find balance. Here are a few practices you can incorporate into your routine: 1. Balancing Masculine and Feminine Energy The body carries both masculine (right side) and feminine (left side) energies. Understanding their interplay and addressing imbalances can bring harmony to your energy body. (You can read more about this in my other blog.) 2. Grounding the Subtle Body Grounding practices, like working with the Muladhara Chakra, not only stabilize your energy but also bring calmness to your physical body. (See my blog on grounding the Muladhara Chakra.) 3. Journaling and Writing Exercises (burn and shred) Writing can be a powerful tool for releasing trapped emotions. When pain arises, write down whatever comes to mind about that area of your body. Don’t filter your thoughts—let them flow freely. Burn the paper afterward to symbolically release the energy. 4. Breathing Exercises A simple breathing practice can help you connect with your higher self and uncover hidden emotions. Focus on your breath, turn inward, and ask your subconscious for answers. Why Pain Moves: The Layered Nature of Healing It’s important to understand that healing is like peeling an onion—layer by layer. When one issue is resolved, another might surface, guiding you to a deeper level of understanding. This isn’t a sign of failure but progress. Life presents these lessons so you can grow, evolve, and ultimately live with greater ease and clarity. Your Journey to Holistic Healing Healing isn’t about quick fixes; it’s a journey. Combining practices like energy healing, chakra balancing, and self-reflection with physical therapies like massage can create a powerful synergy. By first addressing the emotional layers, physical treatments become more effective, and lasting relief is possible. For more insights into Chakras and the Endocrine System visit the page. Reflection: Healing Is a Unique Journey These experiences—both my own and my clients’—demonstrate the power of uncovering and addressing the root emotional causes of physical pain. For some, healing happens instantly. For others, it takes time. No two journeys are the same, but each step forward brings us closer to balance and wholeness. Closing Thoughts Pain is more than just a physical sensation—it’s a messenger, a guide, and a reflection of your subconscious mind. It calls you to explore the deeper layers of your being, uncovering unresolved emotions and traumas. Instead of fearing or avoiding it, view pain as an opportunity to learn, heal, and grow. By taking a holistic approach to healing—acknowledging the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit—you can break free from the cycle of recurring pain. Each step you take in understanding the messages your body sends brings you closer to balance and wholeness. Healing is a journey, not a quick fix. Trust in your ability to heal, and ask your body, ‘What are you trying to tell me?’ Begin today. FAQs 1. How does energy healing differ from traditional therapy? Energy healing focuses on the energetic imbalances behind physical and emotional pain, complementing traditional approaches by addressing the root causes. 2. Can I practice energy healing at home? Yes, simple practices like breathing exercises, meditation, and self-reflection can help you connect with your higher self and initiate healing. 3. Why are specific body parts associated with emotional trauma? Each body part correlates with specific energy centers (chakras) and emotions. For example, throat pain often links to unspoken words and the throat chakra. 4. Is it necessary to consult a professional for energy healing? While self-practice is effective, a professional can provide deeper insights and guidance, especially for complex or deeply rooted issues. 5. What do chakras reveal about pain? Chakras represent energy centers that influence emotional and physical health. Balancing & healing chakras promotes overall well-being. Thank you for reading. • Third Eye Chakra - Ajna Chakra: Color, Gland & Role

Welcome to this blog post, where I dive deeper into the chakra and her connection to your body, emotions, and overall well-being. Here, you’ll find detailed information about the Third Eye Chakra's relationship with major endocrine gland, specific body parts, and her emotional influence. You’ll also discover practical steps you can take to heal and restore balance to areas where you feel hurt or blocked. This guide covers the following for each chakra: Major Endocrine Gland Location Emotional Influence Imbalance Symptom Physical Association Color Explore this journey through the chakra to uncover insights, practical tips, and deeper awareness for healing and growth. Ajna Chakra - Intuition - Pineal Gland Third Eye Chakra in Depth Major Endocrine Gland:  Pineal Gland Location:  Between the eyebrows Emotional Influence:  Intuition, insight, and wisdom Imbalance Symptoms: Being led by ego, difficulty seeing the bigger picture, headaches, or a lack of intuitive clarity, sinusses, migraines Physical:  skull, upper jaw Color:  Indigo Blue Ajna Chakra: Awakening Intuition Beyond the Ego The Ajna Chakra, often called the third eye, is the sixth energy center in the body’s chakra system. Representing intuition, it is often overshadowed or blocked by the ego. When ego takes the lead, rooted in fear, intuition is silenced, and rational thought dominates. In today’s world, many people tend to ignore their inner guidance, allowing their minds to take control. I like to ask a simple yet profound question: Are you your mind? This question often sparks a moment of reflection. Some confidently say yes, while others hesitate or reply no. For those who identify themselves with their mind, I follow up with another question: Who are you? At first, they may respond with labels: their name, gender, or roles in life. Yet, when I point out that these are external identities, many get stuck. What’s most intriguing is that even those who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, or sadness never mention these as part of their identity. When I highlight this, the realization dawns: If you were truly your mind, wouldn’t you identify with the anxiety, worry, or anger it produces? At this point, many pause, staring as the deeper truth begins to surface. I then explain: “These emotions—anger, depression, worry, addiction—are impermanent. They are products of the mind, not who you are. When you know they are from the mind and not you, don’t you already have the answer to my question: Are you your mind?” This shift often opens their hearts. With clarity, they reply: I am not my mind. Understanding the Monkey Mind Many people don’t realize that the mind is often referred to as the “monkey mind.” This term reflects the restless, jumping nature of the mind—always moving from thought to thought, often causing confusion and distraction. By recognizing this, it becomes easier to stop identifying with the mind. The monkey mind is a tool, not your essence. The mind and ego are closely tied, operating from a place of fear, control, and reaction. In contrast, intuition flows from the higher self, offering peace, clarity, and a sense of purpose. The higher self doesn’t dwell on anger or anxiety but gently guides you toward understanding and forgiveness. The Ajna Chakra and Its Influence When the Ajna Chakra is blocked, symptoms like migraines, sinus pressure, or tension behind the eyes may arise. Emotionally, it can feel like being trapped in a loop of overthinking or fear. However, when the Ajna Chakra is activated, intuition strengthens, and clarity replaces confusion. A Practice to Connect with Your Higher Self If you’re unsure whether your thoughts stem from intuition or the ego, try this simple exercise: Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight and feet grounded. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, inhaling into your abdomen. Exhale fully through your mouth. Repeat this deep breathing cycle a few times: inhale deeply, hold for a count of 4–5 seconds, and exhale fully. When you feel calm, silently ask yourself a question, such as: Was this thought my intuition? Listen to the very first answer that arises—it often comes from your higher self. Anything that follows is likely the monkey mind trying to take over. By learning to quiet the mind and trust your intuition, you begin to align with your true self. For example, if you feel tension in your left shoulder, ask yourself: Who or what am I carrying on my shoulders? The first answer you hear is often a deep truth your higher self wants you to know. The Ajna Chakra invites us to move beyond the monkey mind, reconnect with intuition, and discover the wisdom of our higher self. Curious to learn more about intuition and chakras? • Healing Koh Phangan: Finding the Right Path for Your Transformation

Koh Phangan is known for its high-energy atmosphere, attracting people from all over the world in search of healing, transformation, and self-discovery. The island is home to a wide range of healing modalities, from yoga and meditation to detox programs, energy healing, and deep emotional work. Some well-known healing centers on Koh Phangan include: Wonderland Healing Center, offering yoga, holistic treatments, meditation, and detox retreats. Orion Healing Koh Phangan, known for its plant-based detox programs, Reiki, and holistic treatments. Samma Karuna, an awakening and healing school focused on conscious community living and self-development. Arati Healing, offering Reiki and EFT. AUM Sound Healing Center sound healing & spa. Many people seeking healing in Koh Phangan are drawn to areas like Srithanu, Haad Yao, Chaloklum, and Hinkong, where spiritual retreats, vegan cafés, and raw cacao restaurants create an environment that supports personal growth. If you are looking for emotional healing, energy healing, or subconscious work, the island offers many different approaches—but not all healing is the same. Healing in Koh Phangan: Exploring Different Options While many people find value in structured retreats, detox programs, and body-based healing approaches, healing is not one-size-fits-all. Some people find temporary relief in bodywork, massage, or spiritual practices, while others feel called to go deeper—exploring the subconscious mind and releasing the emotional and energetic patterns causing their imbalances. That is where Metta Healing offers a different approach, helping you not just feel better, but truly transform. Beyond Temporary Relief: What Type of Healing Are You Looking For? The real question is: Are you looking for short-term relief, or are you ready for lasting transformation? Many healing methods help people relax or release stress in the moment—whether through massage, Reiki, breathwork, or sound healing. These modalities can be beneficial, but they often focus on surface-level relief rather than addressing the subconscious mind. Unlike bodywork or traditional energy healing, which focus on relaxation or short-term balance, Metta Healing works at the subconscious level, ensuring transformation that lasts. If you have tried different treatments but keep experiencing the same struggles, it may be time to go deeper into what’s really causing them. Metta Healing: A Deeper Approach to Energy Healing Unlike traditional healing methods, Metta Healing is not about relaxation—it’s about transformation. I connect with your subconscious mind the moment I see you—the way you walk, the way you sit, the way you lay down. Your tattoos, scars, and belly button all reveal information about you. Your belly button, in particular, tells me not only what you have experienced in this life but also what happened while your mother was pregnant with you. During the session itself, I receive even clearer answers about you. A Metta Healing session can help you: Uncover the root cause of emotional and physical imbalances. Release suppressed emotions, traumas, and subconscious fears. Reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. Experience long-term shifts, not just temporary relief. Unlike bodywork or group healing sessions, Metta Healing is highly personalized—it is for those who want to go beyond relaxation and step into deep, conscious healing. A quiet moment of Metta Healing at Four Seasons Kuda Huraa—where deep healing meets the tranquility of the ocean. Metta Abdominal Release: More Than Just a Massage One of the most common areas where people store unresolved emotions is the abdomen. Many people seek abdominal massage techniques such as Chi Nei Tsang to improve digestion, relieve tension, or address discomfort. But unless the real cause is addressed in the subconscious mind, the same issue keeps coming back. That’s why Metta Abdominal Release is only offered as part of therapy, never as a standalone practice. The abdomen holds memories, emotions, and experiences stored in the subconscious. Whatever remains unresolved there will manifest elsewhere in the body—in the limbs, chest, or back. Metta Abdominal Release is a combination of techniques, including: Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal detox massage) Maya Abdominal Massage Indian Head Massage Tuina Massage Metta Healing After the abdominal release, I continue with pressure points from Tuina massage, followed by Indian Head Massage, and end with a short Metta Healing session to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation. This is why Metta Abdominal Release cannot be separated from Metta Healing—it is a complete process of emotional and energetic healing. Why Massages Alone Won’t Heal the Root Cause The same applies to Chi Nei Tsang, body massages, and other forms of bodywork. Many people keep going back for temporary relief, but if the underlying emotional cause is not addressed, the discomfort always returns. This doesn’t mean massages aren’t valuable—I personally enjoy them—but not for pain relief. Instead, I use massage to relax and enhance energy flow after I have already done the deeper work on myself. That’s why I recommend getting a massage after a Metta Healing session, not on the same day, but within the next few days—so that the body can release tension and support the energy shifts that have taken place. FAQ: Understanding Metta Healing Can I combine Metta Healing with other treatments? You can combine it with bodywork such as massage, but I don’t recommend mixing it with other energy healing therapies. If you do multiple energy healings at the same time, you won’t know what is doing what to you. If you want to try another therapy, do it after you’re done with me and feel you need something else. How does Metta Healing differ from Reiki? Reiki practitioners give energy and use symbols during sessions, and most have learned it through training. Metta Healing is different. I both give and take energy, removing what no longer serves you. I can give you the ingredients, but I will not give you the recipe—how I release the energy I have taken—I do not share. Metta Healing is not something I learned—it is what I was born with, something I have experienced since the age of 5. It has been developing and evolving over the years. During the session, I use: My eyes to scan for energy blockages. My breath to give more focus to certain areas. My heart to connect with your heart. My hands to get a clearer sense of where something is happening. My mind to go through and over your body, allowing me to visualize. Metta Healing also integrates chakra balancing, chakra healing, and balancing the masculine and feminine. What is the difference between Chi Nei Tsang and Metta Abdominal Release? Metta Abdominal Release combines multiple techniques, including: Chi Nei Tsang Maya Abdominal Massage Indian Head Massage Tuina Massage Metta Healing Chi Nei Tsang focuses only on the abdomen, while Metta Abdominal Release goes beyond physical tension, integrating energy healing to clear emotional blockages. Where can I book a session? I offer Metta Healing at my private location on Coconut Lane in the Hinkong area of Koh Phangan. You can also find me at: Four Seasons Koh Samui Chiva-Som in Hua Hin Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa & Landaa Giraavaru Are You Ready to Experience Deep Healing in Koh Phangan? • How to Open the Root Chakra Fast with Guided Grounding Meditation

I recommend you to follow these steps for best results. 1. Read the text and look at the foot sole photo. 2. Listen to the audio of the guided meditation at the end of the blog and use it the first couple of times until you have mastered it and are able to do the full exercise in a minute or two. How to Open the Root Chakra Fast This exercise focuses on the subtle body, as the root chakra exists as a connection in the subtle energy field. Many grounding practices—such as walking barefoot, eating red fruits and vegetables, hugging trees, or working in the garden—help with grounding the physical body. However, the root chakra itself is energy and is located in the subtle body, not the physical body. Because of this, the technique I’m sharing with you here works directly with your subtle or energy body. When you ground from within, you also ground externally. Think of it like a car and its driver. The car represents the physical body, while the driver represents the subtle body. Adjusting the car won’t affect the driver, but adjusting the driver will naturally influence the car. By working with your subtle energy field, this exercise allows you to open and ground the root chakra at its core, bringing stability and balance to both your physical and energetic being. Grounding the Muladhara Chakra Where Is the Root Chakra Located on the Body? The root chakra is located in the perineum, which is the area between the genitals and the anus. This chakra is the foundation of your energy system, just like the roots of a tree. A blocked or unbalanced root chakra can cause feelings of fear, instability, or physical discomfort in the lower body. By learning how to ground your root chakra through meditation, visualization, and energetic exercises, you can restore balance and strengthen your foundation. Like a Tree The subtle body is where the chakras are located. Grounding the Muladhara Chakra energetically has a direct effect on the physical body. Your physical body is similar to a tree: Your legs are like the roots. Your hips and core are like the trunk. Your arms and head are like the branches. Weak roots make the tree weak, affecting everything above them. When the roots are strong and firm, the entire structure is aligned and healthy. When we are properly grounded, standing strong and connected to the Earth like a tree, we become more resilient to external influences. We don’t get easily shaken by projections, negativity, or fear from others. The wind can blow as hard as it wants, but a tree with strong roots remains firm. The same applies to us—when we are grounded, outside influences cannot uproot our sense of balance or security. If you want to open your root chakra fast, practicing grounding daily will strengthen your foundation and make external triggers less disruptive. The Exercise If you’re looking for an effective grounding technique for the root chakra, this meditation will help you connect to the Earth’s energy anytime, anywhere. You don’t need to be directly connected to the ground—you can do this meditation: ✔ Indoors (at home, in an apartment, or even in a skyscraper) ✔ Outdoors (in a park, garden, or on the beach) ✔ While traveling (on a flight or in a car) By visualizing roots extending downward, you create a strong energetic connection with the Earth. This practice balances the Muladhara Chakra and brings a sense of stability, strength, and security. How to Ground Your Root Chakra I no longer practice long grounding sessions but instead repeat this short and effective root chakra grounding technique multiple times a day, each time for about a minute. This method keeps my energy balanced throughout the day. When I guide this meditation for others, I take them through the practice for 20 minutes and then allow them to meditate for another 10 minutes to experience its effects. With regular practice, grounding will become second nature, and you will be able to do the shorter version anytime, even while standing. Step-by-Step Root Chakra Grounding Technique 1. Remove your shoes and place your feet hip-width apart. You can stand or sit, whichever feels more comfortable. 2. Stamp your feet firmly on the ground 2–3 times to establish contact with the surface. Image: grounding points 3. Focus on point 1 (see image). You might feel heat, cold, vibration, or tingling. Once you sense it, visualize a root extending from this point, going deep into the Earth. 4. Move to point 2 and repeat the same steps. 5. Move to point 3 and repeat the same steps. Release the roots from point 1, 2 & 3 in the ground 6. Point 1 → In the ground Point 2 → In the ground Point 3 → In the ground Connect points 1 to 4, 2 to 4 & 3 to 4 7. Bring your awareness to point 4. This point does not  connect to the ground. First, connect points 1, 2, and 3 to point 4 by visualizing a string between them: • 1 to 4 • 2 to 4 • 3 to 4 connect point 4 with perineum 8. Bring your awareness to your perineum (the area between the genitals and anus). Once you feel a sensation here, bring your awareness back to point 4. Now, visualize pulling a string from point 4, along your leg, and connecting it to the perineum. 9. You can start with either foot, choosing the one that feels stronger first. Then, repeat on the other side. At first, we begin by grounding one foot at a time, allowing the process to develop naturally. The goal is to reach a point where both feet can ground simultaneously. When the moment comes where a person thinks, “I need to ground,” and immediately feels the roots from both feet extending downward, this marks the transition to a more advanced stage. From this point onward, the meditation will always continue with both feet connecting to the ground at the same time, with each foot establishing three points of connection. Then, the three points on the left and the three on the right connect with point 4. Point 4 then links to the perineum through both legs. From there, both kidneys simultaneously connect to the perineum. Finally, the perineum extends downward into the ground. Once this process has been mastered, the meditation can be practiced multiple times a day, taking only a minute or two each time. Connecting the Root Chakra to the Kidneys 10. Shift your awareness to your lower back, focusing on the kidney region. 11. Choose one kidney and focus on it. If you feel a sensation, squeeze, vibration, or push, visualize pulling a string from this kidney to the perineum. 12. Repeat on the other kidney, connecting it to the perineum. Now you have connected: ✔ Both feet to the ground ✔ Both feet to the perineum ✔ Both kidneys to the perineum 13. Finally, visualize a root extending from the perineum deep into the ground, connecting to the Earth’s core, fire, and lava. 6 points in the ground, 6 points in point 4, point 4 to perineum, kidneys to perineum, perineum in the ground Interpreting Colors in Root Chakra Meditation During meditation, you may see colors in different areas: • Left leg (feminine energy) – Connection with women • Right leg (masculine energy) – Connection with men • Perineum (root chakra energy) – Connection with yourself Each color carries meaning: ➡  White / Gold ➡  Indigo Blue ➡  Light Blue ➡  Green ➡  Yellow ➡  Orange ➡  Red / Brown 💬 If you see another color, leave a comment or message me—I’ll be happy to interpret it for you. How Often Should You Do This Meditation? ✔ First three days – Practice once a day in the morning ✔ Next three days – Add an evening session Over time, you may notice that as soon as you think of grounding, your feet instinctively release roots into the Earth. Eventually, grounding will take only a few minutes—or even seconds. Once you reach this level, you can practice grounding anytime throughout the day, whenever needed. Thank you for reading. • Balancing Masculine and Feminine Energy During Meditation

Have you ever wondered how to balance your masculine and feminine energy during meditation? Do you notice that energy builds up more on one side of your body? Or maybe you feel your body leaning, as if it wants to tip over—perhaps to the left, right, forward, or backward? Does one side of your body feel heavier than the other? During several Vipassana retreats, I experienced my torso being pulled to the left, my body wanting to lie sideways, and an accumulation of energy on the left side of my head. Curious about this, I asked multiple teachers for their insights. One said it was simply fatigue. Another advised me to “note” the energy but not let it take control. A third suggested that my body was just unaccustomed to long periods of sitting. These retreats followed the teachings of Theravada Buddhism. One of the first things we’re taught is how to position our hands: the back of your left hand rests in your lap, and your right hand is placed on top, with your thumbs lightly touching. During a recent retreat, I asked why the right hand is placed on top and not the left. The teachers explained that this is how the Buddha sat, so we follow his example. This response sparked a deeper curiosity in me. Why did I feel more energy accumulating on my left side? Why should I follow this hand position? My first Vipassana retreat took place in 2016, but my meditation journey began in 2007 after reading The Tibetan Book of the Dead. That book opened my interest in Buddhism, and I began exploring different meditation styles. I tried Zazen, and eventually, I discovered Kundalini meditation, which offered me a deeper understanding. In Kundalini meditation, men are taught to cover their left hand with their right, while women do the opposite. This reflects the belief that we all carry both masculine and feminine energy—feminine on the left, masculine on the right. Men protect their feminine energy, and women protect their masculine energy. With this new insight, I adjusted my meditation posture. Instead of following the Vipassana hand position, I placed my right hand (masculine energy) in my lap, with my left hand (feminine energy) resting on top. Immediately, I noticed a shift. The energy that used to pull strongly to the left side of my head became more centered, balanced at the level of my third eye. But when I returned to the traditional Vipassana hand position, the energy shifted back to the left. This realization was profound—I hadn’t known that simply changing the position of my hands could balance my masculine and feminine energies. So, how do you position your hands when you meditate? Do you follow the Buddhist hand posture with the right hand on top of the left? I invite you to experiment. Sit in your usual meditation position—whether cross-legged, on a chair, or on your knees. Place your hands as you normally do, then close your eyes and bring your awareness to your forehead. What do you feel? Is the energy building up more on one side? Or is it centered? Now, try switching the position of your hands. Place your dominant hand in your lap, palm facing upward, and place your other hand on top, thumbs lightly touching. Does this change where the energy accumulates? Play with this and explore how you can balance your masculine and feminine energies. What worked for the Buddha may not be the right way for you (or maybe it is!). The only way to know is to experiment. • Root Chakra - Muladhara Chakra: Color, Gland & Role

Welcome to this blog post, where I dive deeper into the chakra and her connection to your body, emotions, and overall well-being. Here, you’ll find detailed information about the Root Chakra's relationship with major endocrine gland, specific body parts, and her emotional influence. Muladhara Chakra - Security (Grounded) - Adrenal Gland Root Chakra in Depth Major Endocrine Gland: Adrenal gland Location: Perineum (between the genitals and the anus) Emotional Influence: Feelings of safety, stability, security, and survival Imbalance Symptoms: Fear, insecurity, or issues related to basic needs, restlessness, stress, short temper. Physical: legs, feet, toes, skin, bones, blood Color: Red, Brown Impact of Fear on the Adrenal Glands and Root Chakra Today, many people are exposed to fear-inducing news—wars, viruses, or unsettling events in their surroundings. Day in and day out, this constant stream of fear seeps into our lives, creating a cycle that can harm both our emotional and physical well-being. Fear disconnects us from the Muladhara chakra (root chakra), the foundation of our energy system. When this chakra becomes unbalanced, it disrupts our sense of grounding, which over time can lead to physical and emotional challenges. A disconnection from the root chakra often affects the adrenal glands, located on top of the kidneys, which are directly linked to this energy center. Overstimulated adrenal glands may result in fatigue, dark circles under the eyes, and skin issues, while prolonged imbalance can also manifest in problems with your knees, bones, blood, and overall stability. Often, people tend to think of fear as something major, like the fear of death, and when I bring up fear, the response I often hear is, “I don’t fear anything; I don’t fear death.” But fear is so much more than these big, obvious things. Fear can lead to a cascade of emotions and behaviors that may not seem related at first glance. Fear is not only about the news or death. It can manifest in countless ways: fear of relationships, leading to choosing isolation; fear of spiders or high speeds; fear of loud noises or losing control; fear of losing anything you value. Fear is far more complex and pervasive than we often realize. You can read more about this in my blog: Grounding to Overcome Fear. Even in a world dominated by fear-driven news, it’s possible to maintain your connection to the earth and protect your adrenal health. When you engage with unsettling information, allow the unpleasant energies to flow out of your body and into the ground beneath you. This intentional release helps to ground you, redistributing energies that could otherwise harm your health. Practicing grounding techniques, like grounding meditation , can strengthen your Muladhara chakra and help shield your adrenal glands from stress. If you’re unsure where to start, I recommend trying my grounding meditation, available here: Grounding Muladhara Chakra Thank you for reading. • Omnipresent Energy Healing: Unveiling the Power of Metta Healing

Energy is all around us. It exists in the air we breathe, the earth beneath our feet, and the connections we share with others. This energy is omnipresent—ever-present, everywhere, and always accessible. It’s not something we can see or touch, yet it flows through us, influencing every part of our lives. As a Metta Energy Facilitator, I work with this all-encompassing energy to help people uncover the root causes of their struggles. Whether those challenges are physical, emotional, or spiritual, I believe that true healing begins with recognizing and working with this omnipresent energy. This blog dives into what omnipresent energy truly means, its connection to God, and how Metta Healing harnesses this universal force to guide you toward balance and peace. Understanding Omnipresent Energy The word omnipresent  is often used to describe the divine presence of God or a universal force. Synonyms like all-pervasive, ever-present,  and ubiquitous  highlight the infinite nature of this energy. For me, omnipresent energy is not separate from us—it is God’s presence within and around everything, connecting us to one another and to the source of creation itself. This energy doesn’t belong to any religion or belief system. It’s something you feel when you sit in silence and breathe deeply or when you stand in nature and feel completely at peace. It’s the force that binds the universe together. When we allow ourselves to connect with it, we can access profound healing, clarity, and transformation. In Metta Healing, this omnipresent energy is the foundation of everything I do. It allows me to tune into someone’s energetic field, identify blockages, and guide the release of unresolved emotions that are stored deep within their body and mind. God and Energy Healing For me, God is not a figure sitting somewhere above us, separate and distant. God is the source of this omnipresent energy, the force that flows through everything. When I perform Metta Healing, I feel this divine presence guiding the process. It’s not my power; it’s the energy of the source working through me to help others find their way back to balance. People often ask me if they need to believe in God to benefit from Metta Healing. The answer is no. This energy is universal and works regardless of your beliefs. You don’t have to understand it or name it to experience its effects. All that’s required is an openness to explore what’s happening within you. A glowing pair of hands holding radiant light, symbolizing healing energy and divine connection. The warm golden hues evoke feelings of peace, power, and universal energy flow How Metta Healing Works with Omnipresent Energy Metta Healing taps into this infinite energy field to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. Each session is unique, tailored to your needs, and guided by the energy itself. Here’s what happens during a session: 1. Tuning In I use your name as an anchor to connect with your energetic imprint. This connection allows me to feel what you carry—whether it’s physical pain, emotional struggles, or subconscious patterns. I often experience sensations in my own body that mirror your issues, giving me insight into what needs to be addressed. 2. Releasing Blockages Through the session, I work to remove blocked or stagnant energy and replace it with loving metta  energy. This process restores balance and flow, helping your body and mind heal naturally. 3. Balancing Energies Healing is not just about removing what doesn’t serve you; it’s also about restoring harmony. I focus on balancing the masculine and feminine energies within you, as well as aligning & heal your chakras, to support a holistic sense of well-being. The Gift of Energy Healing: Innate but Unique Energy healing is something we all have. Every person on this planet carries the power to heal, even those who aren’t consciously aware of it. But just as with any ability, not everyone’s energy is the same. Some have stronger energy than others, much like running a marathon—while everyone can attempt it, recovery times and performance will vary from person to person. Every individual is born with a unique gift, given by God, that shapes their abilities and strengths. For example, consider a mother living far from civilization. She has never heard of energy healing or any formal methods, yet when she injures herself, the first thing she instinctively does is place her hand over the area that hurts. In doing so, she brings comfort, and the pain begins to ease. If there’s an open wound, she might blow on it and look at it closely, knowing subconsciously that this will help calm the area. Now take someone living in a bustling city. Even if they’re unfamiliar with energy healing, when their child has an accident, their immediate response is often similar. They might cover the wound, blow on it, or focus their attention on it. These actions stem from a deep, subconscious knowing that looking at, touching, or blowing on an injury can bring relief. This innate ability to heal is a gift from God. It’s universal, but not everyone is meant to use it to heal others. Those who are naturally gifted in energy healing can work with multiple people daily, channeling their energy with strength and resilience. On the other hand, those who have learned healing techniques later in life might find they can work with only two or three people in a day before feeling depleted. The Subconscious Mind and Healing This gift of healing, whether innate or learned, is deeply tied to our subconscious mind. The energy we carry reflects unresolved patterns and emotions, which often manifest physically. In Metta Healing, I help uncover and release these patterns, creating space for true healing. Our bodies are deeply connected to our subconscious mind. This is where unresolved emotions, fears, and traumas are stored, often without our awareness. Over time, these unresolved patterns can manifest as physical pain, emotional turmoil, or mental struggles. For example: Fear  is often stored in the kidneys, legs, and blood, affecting how we move forward in life. Anger  creates blockages in the liver, spleen, abdomen, and lower back/abdomen. Grief  settles in the heart, lungs, arms/hands, chest, upper back, and shoulder blades. Metta Healing helps bring these hidden patterns to light. By connecting with the omnipresent energy, I guide you to release what no longer serves you and create space for healing. A Personal Experience: The Power of Omnipresent Energy One of the most profound moments in my healing journey came during a distance healing session with a woman who had unresolved emotions about her late father. Even though we were thousands of miles apart, I could feel the weight of her sadness and the tension in her chest. As the session progressed, I sensed her heart beginning to open, releasing the grief she had carried for so long. Afterward, she shared that she had felt her father’s presence during the session, as though he was comforting her. This experience reminded me of the omnipresent energy that connects us all—not just to one another but to those who have passed, to the earth, and to the divine source. Practical Ways to Connect with Omnipresent Energy You don’t need to be in a healing session to access this energy. It’s always there, waiting for you to tap into it. Here are some ways to connect with the omnipresent energy in your daily life: 1. Grounding Practices Spend time in nature. Walk barefoot on the earth, hug a tree, sit by the water, or do the grounding meditation for 20 minutes a day. These simple acts help you reconnect with the universal energy field and ground yourself in the present moment. 2. Mindful Breathing Breathe deeply and intentionally. As you inhale, imagine drawing in the energy of the universe. As you exhale, release any tension or negativity you’re holding onto. You can download the mindfulness document here: (Other language? Click here ) 3. Letting Go Write a letter to someone with whom you have unresolved emotions. Don’t read it afterward—simply burn it and release the ashes into flowing water, such as a river or the sea. This act symbolizes accepting, forgiving ad letting go of the past and creating space for healing. You can find more information about this in this blog The Role of Openness in Healing Healing isn’t something I do to  people—it’s something I facilitate. The omnipresent energy flows through all of us, but it requires openness and willingness to engage with it. If you’re carrying pain or unresolved emotions, the first step is to acknowledge them and be open to the possibility of change. In my experience, those who are ready to heal don’t need convincing. They feel drawn to the process, whether through a conversation, a blog post, or a quiet moment of reflection. It’s not about pressure or persuasion—it’s about creating a space where healing can naturally unfold. Why Omnipresent Energy Matters in Metta Healing Metta Healing resonates deeply with the concept of omnipresent energy because it acknowledges that healing is not limited to the physical realm. It’s a holistic process that encompasses the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of who we are. By working with this universal energy, I can help you uncover the root causes of your challenges and guide you toward lasting peace and balance. A Call to Explore Omnipresent energy is a gift we all carry, whether we’re aware of it or not. It connects us to each other, to the earth, and to the divine source of creation. If you’re ready to explore how this ever-present force can transform your life, I invite you to learn more about Metta Healing. Or reach out to connect or for more information. Thank you for reading. • Healing The Throat: The Journey to Empower Self-Expression

Introduction: Healing The Throat Through Gaining The Power of Speaking Your Truth One of the most important lessons I share with clients, friends, and even strangers is the value of honesty—speaking your truth. When someone crosses your boundaries, it is essential to voice how you feel. Many of us hesitate because we fear the other person’s reaction. Will they get angry? Will they dislike us? But ask yourself: Whose problem is it if someone reacts poorly to your truth—yours or theirs? Neglecting your voice to avoid conflict often prevents healing through self-expression, leading to self-abandonment. This blog will explore how expressing your truth can heal not just emotional wounds but physical ones, too. It’s time to let go, embrace acceptance, and reclaim your power. Boundaries Are the Foundation of Healing Boundaries are not walls—they are bridges to self-respect and mutual understanding. Consider a personal example: I was in a relationship with a woman who struggled to set boundaries. She rarely said what she felt or thought. This created tension between us because I would sometimes intentionally push her buttons—not to hurt her but to encourage her to speak up. When she finally expressed her feelings, it was like a dam breaking. She started to communicate not just with me but with others in her life. Instead of carrying resentment and letting it build, she began to set boundaries and respect herself. Lesson : When you express your boundaries, you teach others how to treat you. This practice fosters healthier relationships and inner peace. The Energetic Cost of Silence Suppressing your truth doesn’t just impact your emotional well-being—it can affect your physical health, particularly the throat chakra. When you swallow your words, you swallow energy. Over time, this creates blockages that can manifest as physical symptoms: Persistent throat tightness or the sensation of something stuck. Hair loss, hormonal imbalances, or other issues linked to unprocessed energy. Chronic discomfort in the neck, shoulders, or jaw. By expressing your feelings—through words or writing—you release this trapped energy, allowing your body and mind to heal. Gossip and the Harm It Causes Gossiping is another way we misuse our voice. Speaking negatively about others often stems from ego or unresolved emotions. It may seem harmless, but gossip hurts the gossiper the most. As Buddha taught: If asked about someone, speak only of their good qualities. If tempted to say something bad, refrain—it does no good. If no one asks, keep silent. Redirect that energy inward. Focus on your truth and let go of the need to judge others. Being Honest About Your Feelings Honesty is a cornerstone of healing. If someone asks how you’re feeling, and you’re not okay, it’s fine to say so. You don’t have to elaborate, but honesty prevents you from masking your truth. For example: Instead of saying, “I’m fine,” try, “I’m not great, but I don’t want to talk about it right now.” This small shift helps you stay authentic while protecting your boundaries. Benefits of Healing the Throat Gain the power to express yourself freely and authentically, without holding back. Healing the throat chakra supports the thyroid glands by restoring energetic balance. Experience emotional release by addressing unspoken words or feelings. Improve communication in relationships through clarity and honesty. Writing as a Tool for Letting Go Writing letters is one of the most powerful ways to process and release emotions. Here’s how you can do it: Dear [Name/Mother/Father], I encourage you to get straight to the point. Don’t dwell on everything else—focus on writing down all the things you’ve been holding onto. This is your way of acknowledging and accepting what happened in the past so you can finally let go and allow yourself to grow. You might remember when you were [specific age], and [describe the incident: they hit you/saw them cheating/made you keep silent]. This made you feel [describe your emotions: scared, unloved, angry, confused, etc.]. When you think about it now, you might feel [current emotions: sadness, frustration, anger, or perhaps a desire to understand]. Sometimes, you try to make sense of their actions. Maybe they acted that way because they thought it was the best thing for you, or maybe they were trying to protect you in their own way. But no matter the reason, it caused pain. It hurt deeply and left scars you’ve carried for far too long. Now, you can choose to forgive—not because you are excusing what happened, but because holding onto this pain is no longer serving you. You deserve the freedom to move forward. You may even wonder who hurt them in the same way they hurt you. Often, unhealed pain passes down through g enerations. Today, you have the power to break that chain. If anger comes up while you’re writing, write: “I am angry right now.” If you feel hatred, write: “I feel hatred in this moment.” If sadness rises and tears flow, write: “I am sad, and I am crying.” Whatever you feel, allow yourself to write it down—every raw, unfiltered thought and emotion. There may be moments when this feels overwhelming, and you might want to walk away. But don’t. You’ve avoided these feelings for long enough. Writing them down is your way of facing them and finally letting them go. Much love, [Your Name] Expressing your truth through writing can unlock emotional release and healing. Let your words flow, and allow the power of expression to guide your journey toward clarity and balance. FAQs About Writing a Letter for Letting Go How long should my letter be? Write as much as you need—don’t limit yourself. Keep writing without pausing to take breaks or reflect on whether to continue. The process works best when you allow your thoughts and emotions to flow freely without interruption. Stopping mid-way can disrupt the energy release. Write until you feel like you’ve expressed everything that needs to come out. What if I feel worse after writing it? It’s normal to feel worse initially. The act of writing can bring up buried emotions, causing you to shake, feel nauseous, or become overwhelmed with memories. This is part of the process. These feelings mean the emotions you’ve been holding onto are surfacing to be released. Once you’ve completed the process and truly let go, you should feel a sense of calm and relief. Allow yourself time to sit with the emotions after writing; they will pass as you move through the ritual of release. Do I have to burn the letter, or are there other ways to let go? Yes, burning the letter is essential. Writing with pen and paper channels the energy from your subconscious mind, through your arm, into the pen, and finally onto the paper. By burning the letter, you symbolically release this energy. How to burn the letter properly: Use a safe pot or bowl. Let the ashes cool down completely. Collect the ashes in an envelope or plastic bag. Release the ashes into moving water. For the sea, do so from a pier, bridge, or boat. For a river, ensure the stream has already passed your house before releasing from a bridge, pier, or shore. Avoid standing in the water, as the ashes may return to you. Dispose of the envelope or bag in a bin—do not bring it back home. This process ensures that the energy you’ve released doesn’t return to you, allowing you to truly let go. Personal Experience: The Weight of Energy Several years ago, I was in a motorbike accident. I was driving quite slowly, but I sustained severe injuries. The accident happened at night while I was on my way back with a friend. She only had a minor scratch, but I was badly injured. My entire left side was significantly damaged. The skin on my shoulder was gone, my knee looked horrific, and I could see inside my left ankle. The skin and flesh on my foot were stripped away. My first instinct was to ride to a 7-Eleven, where I bought saline to clean the wounds. Due to the adrenaline, I didn’t feel any pain at that moment and thought I had done a good job cleaning up. But the next day, the pain hit me like a wave. It was massive. I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit every time I lowered my left leg from the bed. I tried to walk, but the pain intensified. I ended up in a private clinic, where the doctor told me it could take 6-9 months before I could walk properly again, and two months before my skin would recover. My foot sole had turned completely black from internal bleeding. And so, the healing journey began. I kept asking myself, why my left side? The left side represents feminine energy and is connected to unresolved emotions or experiences (trauma), involving a man or men. I searched for answers: Was it my father? No, it didn’t feel like that. Was it my friend who had taken his own life? No. Was it my cousin who had died at a young age from cancer? Again, no. Then the answer came: “Yourself.” I was stunned. “Myself? Why myself?” I began asking myself deeper questions: • Why do I feel sadness about myself? • Why do I experience fear about myself? • Why do I feel guilt to myself? • Why do I believe my past will dictate my present and future? And then the name came to me: Dijana. I broke down in tears. I realized I hadn’t completely let go of my sister’s death. I was still stuck in the past. Despite all the times I told myself I didn’t feel guilty anymore, my subconscious mind wasn’t registering it. It was still holding on to that guilt. All problems affecting my skin were tied to myself. All problems in my body reflected my relationships with others. Writing the Letter That realization led me to write a letter to myself. I wrote it as though I were writing to a dear friend, someone I wanted to encourage to move forward. It went something like this: Dear David, There you are. Fifteen years have passed since the sudden and unexpected death of your dear sister. You and she had an extraordinary relationship—like two peas in a pod, as many people described. Her sudden death shook you in ways you never imagined. Even now, fifteen years later, you feel guilty for her death, even though there was nothing you could have done to prevent it. You know this, yet the guilt lingers. You’re still sad, and you still feel fear every time the phone rings, worried it might bring unpleasant news. But you know, just as anyone does, that the past is not a guarantee of the future. The past is simply a teacher, one meant to make you stronger as you continue forward. (Now, writing this years later, I feel at peace. But back then, I cried and cried, pouring all those emotions into the letter as they came to the surface.) With love, David. The Power of Release I didn’t read the letter after writing it. You shouldn’t read yours either. I burned it in a pot and went to sleep. Usually, when I woke up in the morning, the pain in my leg was unbearable as soon as I lowered it from the bed. It was so intense that I felt like I might pass out each time. But the morning after I burned the letter, something was different. I lowered my leg, and there was no pain. I was stunned. I lifted my leg back up and lowered it again—still no pain. When I tried to stand, it was easier. There was still some discomfort, but nothing compared to the agony of the days before. Later that day, I went back to the clinic to have my wounds cleaned. The doctor was surprised to see me walking—still with some pain, but much better than before. From that point on, my recovery accelerated. Within four to five weeks, my skin had healed, and within a month, I was walking normally again. Conclusion This experience taught me how deeply energy can weigh on us all. When we hold onto guilt, sadness, fear, or any unresolved emotion, it doesn’t just affect our minds—it manifests in our bodies. By facing these emotions, writing them down, and letting them go, we can release that weight and create space for healing. This process transformed my recovery and showed me the true power of accepting and letting go. Thank you for reading. • Crown Chakra - Sahasrara Chakra: Color, Gland & Role

Welcome to this blog post, where I dive deeper into the chakra and her connection to your body, emotions, and overall well-being. Here, you’ll find detailed information about the Crown Chakra's relationship with major endocrine gland, specific body parts, and her emotional influence. Sahasrara Chakra - Spirituality - Pituitary Gland Crown Chakra in Depth Major Endocrine Gland:  Pituitary Gland Location: Top of the head Emotional Influence:  Spiritual connection and higher consciousness Imbalance Symptoms:  Issues of control, attachment to earthly matters, disconnection from spirituality, dementia, confusion, or a lack of purpose, greed Physical: overweight, bulimia, losing control over self Color: Gold and white The Sahasrara Chakra, also known as the crown chakra, is the seventh main energy center. For many, it holds great importance as it connects us with the Universe, God, Source, or whatever higher power you believe in. Unlike the other chakras, it is not located on the body but slightly above the head, and it is associated with the pituitary gland. When we live with a strong need to control others or hold on to earthly attachments—such as material possessions or wealth—our crown chakra tends to close. This creates a barrier to connecting with higher energies. I often hear people say they want to connect “up there,” but the real question is: how can you connect “up there” if you struggle to connect “down here”? The foundation of connection begins with being grounded on Earth, where you live. Grounding is the first essential step. Without it, you risk becoming disconnected, living too much in your head, and feeling unbalanced—what some might describe as being “airy.” Finding Balance Between the Earth and Higher Energies People who focus solely on the upper connection often attempt to control life itself. However, true harmony comes from grounding first. When you ground yourself, you can connect with higher energies more easily and naturally. Attempting to control others or life often leads to losing control of yourself. This imbalance can manifest in physical challenges, such as difficulties with metabolism, weight issues, or hormonal imbalances, as the pituitary gland—known as the “king of the glands”—is impacted. It’s important to note that not every person who struggles with weight has control issues. However, if someone has done everything possible to lose weight—such as changing their diet, exercising regularly, avoiding late-night eating—but still cannot shed pounds or continues to gain, it may be worth examining whether the need to control others is playing a role. Addressing this internal aspect could help uncover the root cause of the challenge. Instead of trying to control, let go. Surrender to life’s flow, allow fear to dissipate, and trust the process. Steps to Connection There is a process to fully connect with higher energies, starting with grounding. As the saying goes, as above, so below. Visuddha Chakra - Truth - Thyroid Gland Throat Chakra in Depth Major Endocrine Gland:  Thyroid Gland Location:  Throat Emotional Influence: Communication, expression, and truth Imbalance Symptoms:  Difficulties in communication, expressing thoughts, lies, gossip, teeth problems, jaw pains, or thyroid-related issues Physical:  throat, lower jaw, trapezium Color:  Light Blue How Are You? Speaking Truth for a Healthy Throat Chakra These days, when people meet, the first question often is, “How are you?” Strangely, many don’t listen to the reply—they either keep talking or automatically return the question. The standard reply is often, “I’m good,” even when it’s not true. Saying “I’m good” when it isn’t true disrupts the throat chakra’s energy. Dishonesty, even in small ways, can lead to blockages in communication and self-expression. For your health and well-being, it’s important to ask yourself daily, “How am I feeling today?” The throat chakra doesn’t only become unbalanced when we’re dishonest with others; it also suffers when we lie to ourselves. Acknowledging and accepting your true feelings, even if they’re uncomfortable, is a powerful step toward healing and maintaining balance in your throat chakra. The Power of Unspoken Words I’ve observed that many people who struggle with communication avoid expressing their feelings, needs, or experiences. Instead, they talk about everything but what matters most—how they truly feel. This avoidance often leads to difficulties in setting boundaries and communicating effectively, which disrupts the throat chakra. Unspoken Words and Emotional Release  A common problem I encounter with many people is issues in the throat caused by unspoken words. These are often words of shame, guilt, sadness, disappointment, anger, or even simple questions left unasked. Most of these unspoken words stem from childhood experiences that have repeated themselves in similar ways over the years through other people or situations. For some, these unresolved feelings linger because the connection with the person involved has been broken—perhaps they’ve passed away, or the relationship has become too difficult to maintain. Others avoid communication altogether, unsure of how to express themselves. In all these cases, I recommend my clients write a letter—not to be sent or read by anyone, but to pour out everything they’ve held inside. Once it’s written, the letter can be burned as a symbolic release of those emotions and experiences. I often hear suggestions like humming “HAM” or singing to balance the throat chakra. While these can be helpful for some, I frequently find that even those who sing or practice vocal release still struggle to express their true needs and feelings. If singing helps you, that’s wonderful—but if you continue to experience issues, especially with your throat or thyroid, consider giving writing a try. For guidance on this process, check out my blog: Healing the Throat: Reclaiming Power Through Self-Expression. Truth and the Energy of Words Lying, suppressing your truth, or gossiping can harm your throat chakra and negatively impact your thyroid. For example, in an argument between a husband and wife, the husband may yell while the wife stays silent to avoid escalating the situation. By swallowing her words and her truth, she internalizes the energy, which can block her throat chakra and affect her thyroid. Negative speech or suppressing truth can harm the throat chakra, leading to physical sensations like throat pain. It’s also wise to remember teachings attributed to Buddha, which deeply affect the throat chakra:• If someone asks you to share something about Mr. X, speak only of the good things.• If no one has asked you to share anything about Mr. X, keep silent.• If someone asks you to share something bad about Mr. X, don’t say anything. The moment we speak badly of others, we energetically hurt ourselves. Gossip and negative speech create blockages in the throat chakra, disrupting our balance and well-being. Additionally, avoid speaking unnecessarily about yourself when uninvited. When sharing, be mindful and humble. Honest, thoughtful communication fosters balance in the throat chakra, allowing you to express yourself authentically while preserving your energy and well-being. Thank you for reading. • Heart Chakra - Anahata Chakra: Color, Gland & Role

Welcome to this blog post, where I dive deeper into the chakra and her connection to your body, emotions, and overall well-being. Here, you’ll find detailed information about the Heart Chakra's relationship with major endocrine gland, specific body parts, and her emotional influence. Anahata Chakra - Loving-Kindness (Metta) - Thymus Heart Chakra in Depth Major Endocrine Gland : Thymus Location : Center of the chest Emotional Influence : Love, compassion, loving-kindness I mbalance Symptoms : Feelings of isolation, emotional pain, immune system disorders, diabetes 1, sleep problems. Physical : chest, upper back, trapezium (half), shoulders, arms, hands, fingers Color : Green Sadness, the Heart Chakra, and the Thymus Gland Unresolved sadness, sorrow, or grief can create blockages in the heart chakra (Anahata) and disrupt the flow of energy to its associated gland, the thymus. This often shows up as insomnia or difficulty sleeping. I once met a woman who experienced hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). When I worked on her heart chakra and thymus gland, her symptoms eased. I realized her excessive sweating stemmed from old, unprocessed grief. This grief initially affected her heart chakra and thymus gland and eventually spread to her lungs. Maintaining balance by addressing unresolved emotions and releasing sorrow can restore harmony, bringing peace to the heart chakra and improving emotional and physical well-being. The Far-Reaching Effects of the Anahata Chakra Blockages in the heart chakra can extend to physical areas such as the shoulders, upper back, shoulder blades, arms, hands, and fingers. The arms, being extensions of the heart, carry its energy. The next time you hug someone, try to send energy from your heart through your arms and hands. You can do the same when shaking hands. While everyone may feel the warmth of this energy, only those sensitive to it may fully recognize its deeper connection. Life brings many challenges that can wound the heart. Whether it’s losing a loved one, experiencing a breakup, hearing painful news, or facing personal setbacks, these events leave emotional imprints. When left unresolved, this pain can flow from the heart to the lungs and spread further through the limbs. People who smoke often carry sadness or heartbreak connected to love, although not everyone who feels sadness smokes. The way we respond to life’s challenges depends on how much we’ve learned to accept and process these experiences. A Personal Reflection I’ve always been a smoker, but after losing my sister, my smoking intensified. It wasn’t until 2012, when I noticed a whistle in my throat with every inhalation, that I questioned myself: If I love myself, why am I harming myself? This realization led me to reflect on the deeper emotions tied to my smoking habit. The smoking itself wasn’t the issue—it was a trigger, revealing unresolved grief tied to my heart and lungs. Once I identified the emotion, I could begin the journey toward healing. To shoot a bullet (pain), the trigger (smoking) must be pulled. But the trigger only acts when something deeper—an unresolved emotion—is behind it. When we identify the emotion tied to a chakra and understand its root cause, we can begin to heal. Healing isn’t easy, but addressing the pain early prevents further harm and opens the path to balance. Working with the Anahata Chakra Metta Meditation is a profound way to nurture loving-kindness and restore balance to your heart chakra. While I won’t explain the practice here, I invite you to explore its benefits in an upcoming blog, where I’ll share how to incorporate Metta Meditation into your life for deeper healing and connection.
